Do you ship outside of India?

No, we do not ship outside of India.

Will I have to pay shipping charges ?

Yes Shipping charges have to pay on all orders we also offer Cash-On-Delivery to selected locations.

How soon after I place my order, are my products shipped?

Orders placed before 2PM are shipped same day, and orders received after 3PM are shipped next working day. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order only if it is unavoidable circumstances. In case of any delay we will keep you informed.

What is the transit time for all orders?

We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Transit time to locations depends on courier loads, local conditions and a variety of other factors, although we estimate a 2-5 day transit time in most cases.

Which courier agency do you use for your deliveries?

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. Our current panel of couriers includes Blue Dart, Delhivery,  & DTDC , professional etc. We pick the most reliable (and not necessarily the least expensive) shipping partner to each location.

If I order multiple products in one purchase, will you ship them all together?

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will have to place multiple orders.

Can I return the package at the time of delivery if I’m not satisfied?

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on +917624019990 or send us an email at optiderma16@gmail.com

Will I get an invoice with each order I place?

Invoice will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of placing the order. Also you will get on delivery time.

What do I do if I need to customize my delivery terms?

We try our best to accommodate special requests (such as expedited delivery, delivery at certain times of the day, deferred delivery), but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners. If you aren't sure, we encourage you to call us before placing your order.
